I have been teaching kindergarten in Alameda for over 20 years. I've been teaching at Ruby Bridges since we opened in 2006. I love Ruby because of the diversity of the families and staff. My daughters are also Ruby Star Alumni. We have a dog named Milo. When I'm not teaching, I like family walks around the neighborhood and playing family board games.

In May, students should know all the letters and letter sounds, read C/D book independently, write 2-3 sentences on the same topic, adding and subtract fluently to 10.
